KSUITE is a robust application engineered to serve as the central archive for current SWIFT MT and future ISO20022 transactions, with the foundational capacity to scale and incorporate emerging payment types, such as mobile payments. It efficiently captures and manages both Cross Border Payments and local RTGS transfers, providing a powerful suite of modules to streamline and automate critical bank back-office operations.
1. Core Automation and Management Modules

• Transaction View: This is the central control hub, offering a complete list of ISO and SWIFT MT messages, sorted by the latest activity. Users can dive into individual transaction analysis, leverage helper UIs to understand message details, and use extensive filters (group, type, traffic, date, amount, UETR) to quickly locate records. It also provides a dedicated view for transactions that have encountered errors or failed to process, complete with detailed logs and retry mechanisms.
• Straight-through Processing (STP): This module automates the conversion of transactions into the Swift RAW format required by Central Banking Systems. It routes selectable outputs to configurable destinations, tracks history with status dashboards, and allows for the regeneration of the SWIFT Raw format with optional custom tags.
• Translation: To help transition into the ISO standard, KSUITE offers an inbuilt conversion of SWIFT MT to MX for outgoing transactions. Settings are fully configurable to allow for automatic translation based on criteria, and a dedicated view helps bank staff resolve discrepancies for failed translations.
• Emailer & Spooler: These modules handle automated advice distribution. The Emailer uploads account links and automatically sends advice emails upon matching transaction details, with a full history dashboard and resend capability. The Spooler manages local printer connections and allows for configurable automatic printing of transaction messages based on specific criteria.

The system supports multi-BIC applications with configurable separation of transaction views. The Notifications center brings critical business incidents to the attention of registered user groups.
